besides "public life" is YOGGA, which combines YogA and joGGing—a blend of hatha yoga practice and recreational running

It’s a holistic approach to well-being.

It brings together the qualities of mindfulness, calming the “movements of the mind,” and focusing on the breath (during yoga practice), and energy, strength, endurance, and a meditative state (experienced during running).

For me, YOGGA is about finding a balance between perseverance, calm, and reflection—a practice that truly supports overall well-being.
